One of the highlights from our visit to the cathedral at Den Bosch – he is sitting happily on the side of the baptismal font, presumably because he has just been baptized. Underneath, the great weight of the font, designed in 1492 by an artist called Aert van Tricht, is shouldered by six men still waiting for their sins to be lifted from them.
